The role emphasizes risk-based program implementation, PII protection, and overseeing access control and investigations. You will interact with senior management and government representatives and help develop and communicate security policies

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ISP certification completion for safeguarding facility.
• Strong knowledge of security policies and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret, implement and maintain a robust security program.
• Provide briefings, trainings, and written guidance.
• Protect PII and sensitive information with professional reporting.
• Oversee physical and procedural security measures with minimal business impact.
• Maintain records auditable by U.S. Government representatives.
• Audit and evaluate the industrial security program for asset protection.
• Oversee access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage access for vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with Export Control, Facilities, and IT.
• Interact with senior management and government representatives.
• Represent the facility with AEVEX executives on security issues.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Develop policies and communicate revisions; deliver employee training.
• Provide continuing education and training programs such as briefings.
• Manage foreign travel safety and reporting program.
