Harmony Village is seeking a dedicated Renovation Crew member to support upkeep and maintenance of our healthcare facility. You will perform painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to plan and execute projects, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to overall well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• Renovation or construction experience preferred.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and prioritize renovation needs.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to plan and execute renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and high quality standards.
• Perform tasks such as painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation-related duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, housekeeping, and administration to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
