Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Facility Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage resources to meet program goals within scope, schedule, and budget. The role interfaces with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate activities and ensure on-time delivery.

You will provide strategic communication for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the development of new products or operational strategies, and work independently to achieve

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Masters with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical building systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business applications.
• Proven experience with acquisition processes including facility services, A&E, and construction contracting.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
• Provide strategic communication planning for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of new products, services, or operational strategies in support of organizational goals.
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
• Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.
• May include coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
