Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a large Washington, DC facility. The APM will coordinate daily operations, PM schedules, and major repairs, interfacing with tenants, property management, and engineering staff.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong knowledge of building infrastructure (HVAC, boilers, electrical), and the ability to manage multiple projects, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Eight years of PM/PM experience at a large facility.
• Post-secondary training in facilities management required (assoc degree).
• Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily priorities with the chief engineer and staff.
• Track PM schedules, overdue tasks and QA/QC results.
• Develop scopes, estimates, purchase orders, and vendor schedules.
• Maintain visibility of HVAC, chillers, boilers, and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate emergency responses and prepare incident reports.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and training.
