Job summary

Complete Building Services in the Washington DC area seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support large facilities with daily coordination for building infrastructure and tenant alterations. You will interface with tenants, property management, and engineering staff to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Role requires 3+ years in similar PM roles, an associate degree in facilities management, and flexibility for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Not less than three (3) years of experience as Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager at a facility of similar size and infrastructure.
• Associate degree in a field related to facility management and operation and maintenance.
• Ability to plan, organize and meet project deadlines.
• Experience managing federal or state office buildings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain cost estimates and prepare quotes for TWO’s and IRO’s.
• Coordinate and schedule projects, including pricing and estimates, and processing BSR/TWO/IRO.
• Issue purchase orders for subcontractors and consultants and oversee reviews.
• Provide technical review of projects for AOC standards and tenant requirements.
• Maintain CMMS and ensure on-time deliverables and inspections.
