Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction management experience on real property facilities and utilities.

• Knowledge of DoD or military contracting environment is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and architects to address design considerations.
• Review designs, estimates, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes.
• Monitor construction contractors and manage project documentation.
