Job summary

EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Production Control Clerk (PCC) at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. The role will assign, compile and record production data in DMLSS-FM/LogiCole to monitor maintenance activity, material usage and quality control, while supporting customer service and administrative reporting.

The PCC will maintain close coordination with the management team, handle timekeeping, AP/AR, invoices and scheduling, and ensure data integrity across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience performing similar duties, preferably on a facilities maintenance contract.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and records data to compare records and reports on facility maintenance.
• Records production data from orders and work tickets.
• Generates production reports and maintains related files and tickets.
• Creates preventive maintenance schedules and distributes work tickets.
• Calculates payroll timecards and posts wage data.
• Coordinates work management across sites: intake, planning, scheduling, tracking.
• Plans and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
• Performs quality control checks and files completed work orders.
• Assists with purchasing, inventory, PO/Invoices and other admin tasks.
• Assists the CMM with tracking contract deliverables and submittals.
• Maintains DMLSS-FM/LogiCole data integrity.
