Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain MEC card.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI within the last three years and clean driving record.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces.
• Evaluates areas to determine pressure, temperature, and methods.
• Responds to work orders and maintains task logs.
• Performs safety checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Operates corporate vehicles and ensures proper vehicle condition and documentation.
• Coordinates with managers and colleagues to optimize facilities maintenance.
• Performs seasonal exterior maintenance and snow/ice duties when needed.
