Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Porter to perform cleaning and light maintenance across indoor/outdoor areas of our properties. The role requires inspecting work, reporting issues to the Supervisor, and maintaining cleaning supplies and safety procedures.

The position is full-time with a Tue-Sat schedule from 8:30am to 5pm, with Sundays and Mondays off, and wage between $19 and $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal and window cleaning.
• Inspects assigned areas and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment following safety guidelines.
• Ensures security procedures are followed and interacts professionally with staff.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
