Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Porter to maintain interior and exterior areas of our community. You will perform cleaning, inspect work, and report to the Supervisor.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule, a pay range of $19-$20 per hour, and benefits including medical plans, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match. Occasional training travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and uses new equipment safely.
• Completes daily work orders and ensures sanitary supplies are stocked.
