Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in plumbing, fire protection, or building systems preferred.
• Medical gas piping certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Chemically treat cooling and heating systems.
• Maintain records for JCAHO compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of plumbing codes

Skill in installation and maintenance of plumbing systems

Ability to read blueprints

Good communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
