• 5+ years of hands-on experience in piping or HVAC systems.
• Deep understanding of NFPA 99 standards for healthcare facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain medical gas distribution systems across healthcare facilities.
• Conduct pressure testing and verification to ensure systems meet safety and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep life-saving equipment functioning without interruption.
• Identify potential risks or system failures before they occur through proactive site inspections.
• Collaborate with facility managers to address specific system needs and provide clear updates on progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation for every project to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations.
