Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes plumbing blueprints, schematics and drawings to plan installations or upgrades.
• Coordinates with foreman and other trades to complete projects and work orders.
• Diagnoses causes of plumbing or irrigation failures to identify repairs or replacements.
• Inspects facilities to evaluate condition and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Installs plumbing systems and fixtures to upgrade capabilities.
• Responds to emergencies after hours to address safety concerns.
