Job summary

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILIATION & REENTRY (ADCRR) seeks an experienced plumber at ASPC - Phoenix to oversee inmate crews, perform preventative maintenance, repair fixtures, and maintain plumbing systems. The role requires journeyman-level plumbing experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a prison environment, and pass background checks, drug tests, TB tests, and E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing experience required.
• Background investigation, drug test, and medical/physical examination required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive on State business.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and repairs toilets, sinks, water heaters, boilers.
• Installs plumbing fixtures, drains, and water lines.
• Performs general maintenance as instructed by supervisors.
• Drives on State business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
