Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Chicago to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent member service. You will stock supplies, maintain locker rooms, and help ensure Life Time’s presentation standards are met.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, towel processing, budget-conscious use of cleaning products, and assisting members with inquiries about services and policies. This is an on-site, hourly role with meaningful benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining clean, safe facilities.
• Ability to follow Life Time presentation standards.
• Comfort with handling towels, supplies and locker-room duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety with daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat.
• Monitors locker room consumables and cleaning products within budget.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
