Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean, stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time's high standards while delivering friendly member service throughout every shift.

You will perform daily maintenance, tidy locker rooms, manage towels and supplies, and respond knowledgeably to member questions about Life Time products and policies. This hourly role starts at $15.00 and can reach $18.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work as part of a club operations team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Monitors locker room consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
