Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean club environment and deliver excellent customer service. You will ensure the facility is clean, stocked with supplies, and presented according to Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning and safety tasks, stocking towels, managing locker-room supplies, and addressing member inquiries about Life Time products and policies. This role supports a welcoming, well-run club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend to lift over 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
