Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure a clean, well-stocked club and deliver excellent member service. The role supports Life Time standards of presentation across locker rooms and common areas.

The position requires the ability to lift and move items, work in a stationary posture, and engage with members to resolve questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to interact with members in a professional manner.
• Strong adherence to Life Time presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products within budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
