Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Algonquin, IL is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member responsible for keeping the club clean and stocked while delivering friendly service. You will ensure locker rooms, towels, and public spaces meet Life Time's standards of presentation and safety.

This hourly role offers wages between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour based on experience, plus a full benefits package for full-time team members, including medical, dental, vision, and a subsidized membership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
