Qualifications

• Commitment to ABSA Class 4 or higher technical certifications.
• Work authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).
• 12-hour rotating shifts aligned with plant startup schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot plant operations across Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities.
• Operate control systems, adjust processes, and perform field checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Adhere to safety standards, participate in drills, and wear required PPE.
• Work in small teams and contribute to project goals and continuous improvement.
