Job summary

Dow is seeking Facility Operations Technicians at Alberta Operations, Fort Saskatchewan, Canada. You will monitor and optimize plant performance, support maintenance, and follow strict safety standards to ensure reliable operations and decarbonization goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, Canadian work eligibility, and a 12-hour rotating shift. Preference for an ABSA Class 4 or higher certification with 1+ year of operations experience and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: Commitment to ABSA Class 4 or higher technical certifications.
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).
• Driver's License: Valid Canadian driver's license required.
• Shift Work: Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant operations while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Follow Life Critical Standards and participate in safety drills and trainings.
