Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Perform interior and exterior facility maintenance, including preventative, planned, and emergency repairs.
2. Manage shipping and receiving activities.
3. Assist in preparing and ensuring readiness for customer visits.
4. Execute contracts with facility vendors as assigned.
5. Purchase building supplies.
6. Perform equipment setup, build, and integration activities.

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in a facility or operations environment.
• Two-year AA college degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical areas.
• Five years of experience working as a technician.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with landscaping duties outside the facility.
• Up to 3-4 hours per day of computer use.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.
