Ultipro is seeking a Facilities Technician 1 to perform routine facility maintenance at assigned sites and support infrastructure operations.
The role requires basic construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC skills with at least one year of industrial maintenance experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associates degree is preferred. You will respond to issues, maintain records, and help prevent downtime on-site.
The Facilities Technician 1 performs facility maintenance duties at assigned facilities. Provides overall skills to maintain site wide facility operation. Responsible for task assignment, ensuring proper use of tools/equipment, and materials to complete tasks and safety huddles. Advises facilities supervisor/manager of any issues pertaining to operation of infrastructure. Respond to maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist with all aspects of facility maintenance.
