Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. in North Las Vegas, NV seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee the Transportation Storage Disposal Facility, including consolidation, bulking, storage, and disposal of non-hazardous waste streams. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with waste profiling and shipping, and coordination of subcontractors, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in waste coordinator role or similar.
• Waste profiling and shipping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations, including RCRA.
• OSHA Training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Manage day-to-day TSDF operations: consolidation, bulking, storage and disposal of non-hazardous waste.
• Perform daily facility inspections to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Maintain compliance documents, including waste profiles and manifests.
• Coordinate outbound waste shipments per regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee subcontractors and support field operations as needed.
• Schedule shipments and maintain inventory levels for storage capacity.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Work in both office and field settings as required.
