Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor - Level 3 to lead the Facility Operations team responsible for maintenance and reliable electrical power distribution across the plant.
You will direct daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure that critical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards, while mentoring hourly technicians and coordinating with vendors.

You are a decisive leader with deep experience in facility and electrical systems management. You excel at guiding teams, solving complex problems, and maintaining high standards of safety and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
