YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Building/Facility Supervisor to act as Manager on Duty, oversee daily facility operations, and ensure cleanliness and safety. The role includes supervising staff and volunteers, emergency response, and coordinating with contractors.

The position requires CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities spanning ice rink, pool maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trainings/certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current or within required timeframe.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and MVR as per YMCA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Manager on Duty duties hourly to ensure cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure member safety.
• Oversee ice rink operations including resurfacer and ice quality checks.
• Conduct pool safety and maintenance checks as scheduled.
• Assist in various departments and support staff and volunteers.
• Maintain supplies, perform repairs, and keep maintenance logs.
