Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day cleaning of buildings with leadership for ServiceMaster employees.
• Ensure each building is staffed per budget and staffing plan.
• Meet with building staff regularly.
• Complete and review inspection reports daily.
• Report inspection discrepancies to Division Manager.
• Address deficiencies and verify improvements.
• Notify management of attendance issues.
• Inspect buildings for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Resolve issues when staff are unavailable and coordinate coverage.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available for tasks.
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working order and safe to use.
• Develop positive relationships with building contacts and meet regularly.
• Recommend additional services to improve cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform related duties as assigned
