Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate cleaning staff and maintain premises across commercial, industrial, and medical settings. You will supervise and perform duties of workers, assign tasks, inspect work, and help resolve issues to meet standards.

We value hands-on supervision, training support, and clear communication to deliver reliable facility maintenance. This role is typically full-time, onsite, with opportunities to grow within a leading facility

Qualifications

High school diploma or 3 years of verifiable work history.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
Issues supplies and equipment
Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager
Perform the duties of workers supervised
Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees
Assist in training employees
Plan, assign, and direct work
Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance
Address customer complaints and resolves problems
Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor
