Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Warehouse/ Transportation Facility Leader to manage day-to-day operations for a single facility. You will develop, interpret, and implement policies, and ensure Partners are trained and compliant with established practices.

You will lead a diverse team, drive operational excellence, and collaborate across functions to achieve KPI targets while maintaining safety and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the industry
• 4+ years experience in management
• Extensive experience in distribution and logistics operations
• Experience implementing process improvement initiatives
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and lower-level audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a single facility or function
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; train Partners
• Provide direction to facility to meet strategic goals; collaborate cross-functionally
• Lead talent development and staffing decisions; build diverse leadership team
• Execute change initiatives and communicate plans across the organization
• Monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and ensure customer service targets are met
• Ensure safety, sanitation, HACCP compliance, and audit procedures
• Prepare reports and review procedures for efficiency and governance
