Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to lead site operations, drive safety, and build strong teams in a heavy-industry environment.

You will steer maintenance planning, manage budgets and staffing, advance Six Sigma/Lean initiatives, and collaborate with clients and the broader organization to deliver reliable, compliant facilities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
• Experience using Six Sigma tools; Lean, Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
• Proven HS&E program implementation and business initiative success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Experience in power generation environments including Waste-to-Energy (WTE), coal-fired, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle plants.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
• Oversee and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices.
• Productivity: Coordinate outages and maintenance planning to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead site operations to meet or exceed business objectives and Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Develop and maintain long term maintenance, staffing, operational and budgetary plans.
• Develop and execute strategy to increase operational discipline, productivity, quality and reliability.
• Champion Six Sigma/Lean tools to drive plant improvement and growth opportunities.
• Represent Reworld in local government and industry groups.
• Build positive relationships with key Clients and within the global organization.
