Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in building maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Life Safety, NEC, ADA Standards, and ICF/IID regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, economical operation of the facility in a highly regulated environment.
• Ensure compliance audits are prepared for and passed.
• Lead and develop maintenance and operations staff; manage vendors and contracts.
