The role will direct maintenance and grounds staff to maintain facilities and ensure safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, supervisory skills, and knowledge of trades, safety, and project planning, with the ability to read blueprints and manage

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to schedule, train, support and monitor maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of trades, safety, supervision methods, and balancing daily work with long-term projects.
• Ability to match work orders to staff strengths, enforce timelines, and conduct quality audits.
• Ability to establish supervisory relationships, plan work, keep records, read blueprints, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises building maintenance and grounds staff in operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Identify repairs or improvements and allocate personnel and resources to enhance appearance and condition.
• Ensure 24/7 facility safety and survey readiness.
• Read, interpret, and work from sketches, blueprints, and specifications.
