Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the club remains clean and ready for members. You will provide excellent customer service and help maintain a welcoming environment in accordance with Life Time’s standards.

Daily duties include cleaning tasks, towel stocking, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and procedures, while adhering to budgeted supplies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must provide great customer service and maintain a clean facility.
• Ability to bend to lift more than 20 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods.
• Commitment to Life Time's standards of presentation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals per budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
