Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness of the facility and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires keeping the club space stocked and presented to Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, towel handling for locker rooms, managing consumables within budget, and responding to member questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend to lift over 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
