Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Burlington, MA, is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and offer great customer service. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, maintain locker rooms, and respond to member inquiries.

This hourly position has a pay range starting at $15.00 up to $18.00, depending on experience. Benefits include a fully subsidized membership, training, and full-time benefits for eligible members.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the budget.
