Job summary

Life Time in Boston is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service. The role requires stocking supplies, keeping locker rooms neat, and upholding Life Time’s presentation standards.

The position is hourly, with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 based on experience. Benefits include membership, product/service discounts, and additional life/retirement offerings for full-time staff, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
