Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, tracking data, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring safety and energy efficiency. Requires strong communication and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, 7 years preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility maintenance oversight, inspections, and coordination with contractors.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking work orders, inspections, and project timelines.
• Monitor custodial, grounds, and environmental services contract performance.
• Draft project scopes, manage documentation, and coordinate with regulatory offices.
