The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and operating building infrastructure across various industrial spaces, including office areas, closed DoD spaces, and R&D labs. This position reports directly to a Merrimack Plant Engineering Supervisor and is based at our Merrimack, NH site, spanning 180 acres with approximately 600,000 square feet of office, lab, and manufacturing space.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in some or all of the following: metal framing, carpentry, sheetrock installation and repair, painting, door and lock maintenance, suspended ceiling installation and repair, light moving and rigging, snow removal, carpet and vinyl flooring, general computer skills.
• Ability to perform other duties as required and perform general grounds maintenance.

This role requires consistent, in-person collaboration and must be performed onsite full-time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School diploma with at least 5 years of maintenance or construction trade experience.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively.
• Participation in our on-call response rotation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in the areas listed above, including metal framing, carpentry, sheetrock, painting, door and lock maintenance, suspended ceilings, light moving, snow removal, flooring, and general computer skills.

Pay Range and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,723 - $103,557. Salaries are determined based on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
