The successful candidate will be part of a Plant Engineering Team that maintains and operates building infrastructure consisting of a variety of industrial spaces, including Office Areas, Closed DoD Space, and R&D Specialty Labs. This position reports directly to one of the Merrimack Plant Engineering Supervisors and will be based at our Merrimack, NH site, which spans 180 acres with approximately 600,000 square feet of office, lab, and manufacturing space.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Have experience and be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:
   • Metal framing
   • Carpentry
   • Sheetrock installs and repairs
   • Painting
   • Doors and locks
   • Suspended ceiling installs and repairs
   • Light moving and rigging
   • Snow removal
   • Carpet and vinyl flooring
   • General computer skills
   • Perform other duties as required
   • General grounds maintenance
2. This role requires onsite work, full-time, due to the need for in-person collaboration and the nature of the tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School diploma with at least 5 years of maintenance or construction trade experience.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, capable of working collaboratively.
• Participation in an on-call response rotation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in the same areas listed above.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $64,723 - $103,557. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and other perks.
