Job summary

NPC&M is seeking an experienced Facility Mechanic | Skilled Carpenter for commercial construction and maintenance in Massachusetts. The role is full-time and field-based, covering projects across New England. Responsibilities include carpentry, vendor coordination, scheduling, and client communication.

A minimum of 10 years in commercial construction is required. Daily duties include progress updates, scheduling coordination, and ensuring project plans and layouts are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience.
• 10 years of carpentry experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record; willingness to travel.
• Background checks including criminal, driving, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vendors and subcontractors for projects.
• Provide daily progress reports to the project manager.
