National Property Consulting & Management (NPC&M) is seeking an experienced Facility Mechanic | Skilled Carpenter for commercial construction and maintenance across New England. This full-time, field-based role requires managing small-to-medium projects, including carpentry, vendor coordination, scheduling, and client communication.

Requirements | Skills

Qualifications | Experience

• Driver's License (Required)
• Unrestricted Construction Supervisors’ license certificate (preferred).
• OSHA 30 training certification.

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $63,500 – $85,000, commensurate with experience.
• Performance‑based paid incentive.
