AdventHealth in Denver, CO seeks a full-time Maintenance professional to ensure safety compliance across all systems, inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structures, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, preventive maintenance planning, and leadership of maintenance staff to uphold high workmanship standards.

Formación

• High School Grad or equivalent, or 5+ years experience.
• Ability to read/understand written instructions.
• Follow verbal instructions and polish in keyboarding and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Inspects and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Oversees, coordinates, and performs all maintenance and repairs in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.

Job Description:

• Manages inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for necessary repairs.
• Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of maintenance staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
