Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Grad or equivalent, or 5+ years experience.
- Ability to read/understand written instructions.
- Follow verbal instructions and polish in keyboarding and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with healthcare, federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Inspects and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
- Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
- Oversees, coordinates, and performs all maintenance and repairs in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
