Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role, with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage for uptime.
• Conduct team check-ins, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for building, filters, miner cleaning, inspections.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations.
• Monitor environmental conditions and take corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports.
• Enforce site safety policies, OSHA guidelines, PPE, and electrical safety.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, identify hazards, implement corrective actions.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for inspections and audits.
