Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.

• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain operational logs and incident reports.
• Enforce OSHA policies, PPE usage, and electrical safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and address hazards.
