The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a technical operations role with supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians and set performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Oversee maintenance and monitoring to achieve peak facility performance.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA guidelines, PPE and electrical safety.
• Maintain accurate logs and compliance records; act as on-site liaison for inspections.
