Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with 1–2 years in supervision.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime across the facility.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for building and system inspections.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions to protect equipment longevity.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, incident reports, and performance records.
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure adherence to OSHA PPE and electrical safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing facility operations.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
