Job summary

NEURA Robotics, a developer of collaborative robots, seeks a Facility Manager to keep sites technically sound, safe, and operational. You will support production with mechanical work, conversions and workstation setups, and ensure cleanliness and safety across facilities.

We value hands-on technicians with formal training in facility management or related trades, strong self-reliance, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset. A Class B driver’s license is a plus as you collaborate across sites.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in facility management or related trades.
• Experience in facility management or maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Manual dexterity and practical mechanical understanding.
• Independent, reliable and solution‑oriented approach.
• Class B driver's license is an advantage.

• Carrying out vegetation maintenance at our sites
• Performing maintenance work in facility management – upkeep and servicing of technical equipment and infrastructure
• Actively contributing to ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality at our sites

Your Mission & Challenges

As a Facility Manager, you ensure that our sites remain technically sound, safe, and fully functional, while actively supporting production with structural and mechanical adjustments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Carrying out vegetation maintenance at our sites

• Performing maintenance work in facility management – upkeep and servicing of technical equipment and infrastructure

• Actively contributing to ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality at our sites

• Supporting production with the conversion and setup of workstations, with a focus on mechanical work

What we look forward to

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a Facility Manager, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification

• Experience in facility management or in the technical maintenance of buildings and equipment

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding, particularly in the mechanical field

• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

• Class B driver's license an advantage
