Location: Doral, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: $50,000 annually (all-in compensation package)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for emergencies and after‑hours needs.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of an 85,000-square-foot commercial facility in Doral, FL, housing approximately 60–80 tenants.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial property management, warehouse facilities, or multi‑tenant operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the property, supervising staff, coordinating vendors, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Experience with Yardi property management software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Property Management

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and overall facility conditions.
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Manage relationships with maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and access control.
• Ensure common areas, warehouse spaces, offices, and loading docks remain safe and operational.

Tenant Relations & Leasing Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 60–80 tenants.
• Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, inspections, and unit turnovers.
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements, contracts, addendums, and related documentation.
• Assist with rental inquiries, property showings, and space availability.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and estimates for repairs, improvements, and tenant needs.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate tenant records, billing information, and service requests using Yardi.
• Assist with rent collection and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
• Supervise, schedule, and support on‑site operations staff.
• Monitor expenses, vendor invoices, and maintenance budgets.
• Provide regular operational updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, commercial property management, or warehouse operations.
• Previous experience supervising employees or coordinating operations teams.
• Experience managing maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and maintenance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenants, service requests, and operational priorities.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters outside regular business hours.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience using Yardi property management software, including tenant records, billing, and work orders.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience managing multi‑tenant commercial, industrial, warehouse, or flex‑space properties.
• Experience obtaining vendor quotes, coordinating property showings, and supporting leasing activities.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Availability: Must be available for occasional evening or weekend emergencies, urgent tenant requests, or property showings.
