Furst-McNess Company is seeking a full-time Utility Maintenance Operator for our Lodi, WI location. The role focuses on facility housekeeping, sanitation, grounds upkeep, waste management, and general operational support in a warehouse/production setting.

Onsite work, with indoor/outdoor environments year-round, applies. You’ll help maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting various maintenance and production activities as needed, following GMP and company

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment like floor sweepers and pressure washers; support sanitation programs.
• Assist with loading, unloading, material handling, and inventory organization.
• Complete documentation of duties and inspections; follow safety and GMP standards.

See our benefits summary below.POSITION SUMMARY:The Utility Maintenance Operator plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is responsible for facility housekeeping, sanitation, grounds maintenance, waste management, and general operational support.
